SvelteKit has hit a stable release (1.0) so we should upgrade our example apps. The plan is @bgins will start the upgrade on webnative-app-template with https://github.com/webnative-examples/webnative-app-template/issues/105, then @avivash will borrow changes from that PR to make this upgrade.
