Feat: bump webnative and webnative-walletauth to v0.36.3

Description

• Bump webnative to 0.36.3(also updated inside webnative-walletauth)
• Update account-settings and gallery directory definitions to match WAT(using wn.path.directory/wn.patch.combine)

When testing this, I was initially seeing a Signature does not match content error any time I tried to publish something to the file system, but the error seems to be resolved now... so i'm not sure if it was an issue with the Fission server 🤔

I'll merge these walletauth-react PR once this one has been merged
