Compile and figshare .pdf, and compile epub and gitbook #6

Hi @melisacbl,

Finally, I could compile a .pdf. (Also an epub and gitbook version.) I did it in this separate branch, named.pdf , which I am about to merge with master. I also replaced the figshare item we had before (a set of files) by a single file, the .pdf version of the coralbook. After merging (which will close #2), I should be able to re-publish what we have in bookdown. Then, we will be ready to show this dummy product to Aaron and ask him for feedback.

In case you are curious, my trick to succeed in compiling the .pdf was to try in a simpler manner. I removed a file called _output.yml that had instructions for compiling multiple formats. Those instructions I added to the yaml header of the file index.Rmd.

Thank you very much for your help and for trying to get this done fast. Note however that I understand that this is not a priority, so you don't need to rush.

BTW, I have just came from Bocas; I was assisting Erin in teaching a course from Greenbay, USA. The students used your guide to ID corals. I printed two copies and I will leave them in the lab for future work.

Hi @melisacbl and @odealab,

I have just published the dummy coralbook privately at: bookdown.org/odealab/coralbook (I could remove the "2" at the end. To see the book, you will be asked to login.
