Add ability to use month-day-year date and 12 hour time

I figure other ameriplebs/casuals such as myself may like the ability to use 12 hour format and have the date format mm/dd/yy.

I added two variables to allow 12 hour format and month-day-year dates.

I'm open to better variable naming.

@rcribbs, I'm sorry but I wanted to make those changes and didn't want to wait any longer. The aforementioned changed were added in https://github.com/odedlaz/tmux-onedark-theme/pull/2
