I have a question about the best strategy to phase data our group has generated. We currently have 33K WES samples, 7K WGS samples and about 15K genotypes (that correspond to the sequenced samples).
What should be our workflow in carrying out this phasing? I know in your tutorial you merged and subsetted to overlapping individuals in UKBB, however in our case I fear losing power by restricting ourselves to only half the individuals in our sequenced cohort.
