Switch Program Output File

Hi, I have been working with the switch program for a dataset and I came across a few output files which have not been discussed in the documentation. The file suffixes are as follows:

• .calibration.switch.txt.gz
• .flipsAndSwitches.txt.gz
• .sample.mendel.txt.gz
• .type.switch.txt.gz
• .variant.imbalance.txt.gz
• .variant.mendel.txt.gz Kindly provide information on what the columns refer to and what could be inferred from these files. Thank you!
