Describe the bug Odigos is exporting only http_method GET to prometheus

To Reproduce Set prometheus as destination

Expected behavior Methods POST should be exported as well.

@dirtyren This should be fixed in v1.0.71 (which will be released in the next few days), feel free to reopen this if it does not work as expected.
