There are a few cases which cause the dashboard the break:

[x] Cases e.g. the City of London has no case data
[x] Deaths e.g. Argyll and Bute has no death data (as the ONS data is for England & Wales only).
[x] Vaccines e.g. Caerphilly has no vaccine data (we only have it for England).
