What's wrong with our peak demand csv files? #57

There seems to be a problem with the csv files - they are generated directly from the code. The EV ones worked ok. These don't.

They may be ok now I have removed the offending part of the graphs html - think that the changes thee from before were stopping the master updating to incorporate the new mappings for peak demands.
