Restore link to primaries geojson file #79

Link on index.html under Geographies heading geographies (polygons) for each Primary substation is broken because the file in that folder is primaries-unique-all.geojson. What difference does ‘-all’ on the file name indicate? (Can see that they are different.) Is the best remedy to copy primaries-unique.geojson from the 2019 folder or change the link in DFES-2021 to point to primaries-unique-all.geojson?

I'd go with the second option i.e. change the link rather than copy over an older file.

(I'm on holiday so can't easily update it myself until next week).

The 2019 primaries-unique.geojson has 10 fewer primaries in it than 2019's primaries-unique-all.geojson but I can't remember the exact differences/additions. Then, in 2020, primaries-unique-all.geojson had some more primaries added, merged two primaries, and added the pseudo primaries.
