This PR addresses #325, updating the unit test suite for odin-data to use pytest and including those tests in the python CI workflow. In addition this PR:
removes a redundant dependency on odin-control for a test server in the live view proxy adapter tests
fixes several minor issues in the live view proxy adapter highlighted by tests
extends range of python 3 versions tested and supported to 3.11
