Implement pagination #2

Pages generated from links which lead to filtered time period (i.e. has from, to or both filters set) should have pagination links available (with count items per page).

Back-end side pagination can be implemented with a scroll search.

End result must still provide real-time streaming of logs.

I can't to generate this link because http://localhost:9200/elv-links/link is don't exist. What it is service? Can you give some example of this link?

It looks like this feature in ELV requires much more complex mock server which supports filtering; or a full-featured ElasticSearch server. Let's postpone this issue for now.
