Issue 18 not fixed in latest Windows download #24

Issue 18 still exists in the yara 1.5 download compiled for Windows.

The version 1.5 Win32 binary was made available on March 30, 2011. Issue 18 was 
reported and corrected in May. It appears the Windows version has not been 
recompiled with updated sources.
