Make generated walks usable by deepwalk tool #6

If we want to pass the generated walks that record the layer IDs as separate tokens:

[x] all IDs need to be non-negative -> node types identifiers should start after the max person ID
[x] there should be walks starting from all "nodes", including from the layers. -> add functionality to start also from a layer
