This PR adds a new field "difficulty" to the Lift data structure and updates the LiftForm component to include an input for the difficulty rating. The difficulty rating is a number between 1 and 5 and is optional.

Added a new field "difficulty" to the Lift type.
Updated the upsertLift and appendLift functions to handle the new "difficulty" field.
In the src/components/LiftForm.tsx file:
Added a new input field for the difficulty rating.
Updated the form submission handling to include the difficulty rating in the Lift data.
Please review and merge these changes to enable users to add a difficulty rating when creating lift entries.
