Add difficulty rating field to Lift and update LiftForm component

Description

This PR adds a new field "difficulty" to the Lift data structure and updates the LiftForm component to include an input for the difficulty rating. The difficulty rating is a number between 1 and 5 and is optional.

Summary of Changes

In the src/hooks/useLifts.ts file:
- Added a new field "difficulty" to the Lift type.
- Updated the upsertLift and appendLift functions to handle the new "difficulty" field.
In the src/components/LiftForm.tsx file:
- Added a new input field for the difficulty rating.
- Updated the form submission handling to include the difficulty rating in the Lift data.

Please review and merge these changes to enable users to add a difficulty rating when creating lift entries.
