Implementing refreshed mobile app design in flutter #371

Hello @maprehensive @clarlars @wbrunette I am an outreachy applicant! I found this project interesting I would like to contribute to it! While going to ODK-X outreachy landing page, I saw the new mobile app design

I'm suggesting to integrate the design using flutter

I will be waiting for your feedbacks! Thanks...

@baimamboukar the main outcome we want from the Outreachy project is to implement new designs into templates using Android Studio. I don't think implementation using Flutter is in scope.

Integrating this very nice design with flutter would be great 🙂 And also, the iOS version will be available ☄️

@baimamboukar Thank you for posting ideas.

While Flutter is an interesting idea, I do not think you can complete the necessary changes within the outreachy internship. There is more work because the customizable rendering framework in HTML/JavaScript/CSS will need to be adapted as well. ODK-X is a customizable platform and we will need to ascertain if all the customizable features can be brought through flutter.

I do think Flutter warrants exploration; however, again I am not sure it's a project that can be completed within an outreachy internship.
