Color palette in the design guideline #372

Hello, @maprehensive

  1. A typographical error in the hex code for the light shade of blue. It was stated as (E7EEF6) in the palette but (E8EEF6) was written in the diagrammatic description

  1. The background color for forms/sections for dark mode was not stated. The same hex code for the light mode was repeated for the dark mode. I was able to come up with a hex code for the color in the guideline.

@Thimmo thanks for these corrections - that's great.

@mimi-tech , @Hilzygift, @damiadejoro, @Origboye – since @Thimmo has already identified the changes required in the style guide, this issue wouldn't count towards Outreachy applications.

I think the best thing is for me to update the style guide with the updates that @Thimmo has identified.
