Latest Chrome update broke app-designer #491

app-designer will not work after Chrome update of April 2024 (version 124.0.6367.78/.79) due to the removal of the configuration flag: 'web-sql-access.' (that re-enabled the deprecated built-in DB)

Fixed with release 2.1.11 of ODK-X Application Designer
