I had a couple of people complaining that the conda version of ODL is incompatible with the ODL code I am releasing with some of my papers. Would it be possible to release the current version of ODL on conda?

We should be able to address this. Once I am back from holidays, I will raise this with Justus Sagemüller justussa@kth.se and Emilien Valat emilienv@kth.se.

@mehrhardt after we fixed several small compatibility issues (mostly with newer NumPy) that stood in the way of a release, ODL 0.8.0 is now staged on Conda-Forge. The automatic checks have passed, so I expect it to become available as soon as one of their reviewers has put the stamp of approval on it. I will update the documentation and close this issue once that has happened.
