Changes performed:

Added a correct Maven structure like - https://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-the-standard-directory-layout.html
Added Maven wrapper for cases when Maven is not installed on the machine

one-nio is known to work with Maven. I have no idea why this PR would be needed, and what are those 3rd party copyrighted scripts that have nothing to do with the original project.

I personally don't like so many redundant levels in so called "standard directory structure", but I could probably stay with it, if it provided some value for the project, which does not seem to be the case here (it even breaks the existing Travis CI builds). Sorry.

@apangin OK. I understand it. Thank you for response! I just wanted to bring a standard Maven structure to this project. I understand that some changes might be rejected by library contributors due to this fact there is nothing personal :) Hope to send you some valuable pull requests in the future.
