Convert xlsx files to CSV #15

Hi @odojoachim ,please can you save all xlsx files as csv ? Also, I noticed that some of the data is not available when I open the files with google spreadsheet. I'm not sure how they will get translated to CSV. We might need to type the actual value instead of the function. Let me know if this is not clear enough. Thanks

Hi @MsToT , after checking the unclean data folder I can see that some of the datasets are not needed and won't be used including:

Socio-Economic-Database and Socio-Econ datasets - Data recorded there is only for 2014/2015. As we changed approach and we want to have time series: 2000-2017 the datasets are not good anymore

Rate of out of school children.., Percentage of out of school..., Fertility rate, These datasets after careful selection of variables that we want to consider are not variables that we are looking for.

DataBankEconomicsFactor is just a dataset similar to FullData but the second one has more factors that we were looking for.

Please consider removing the datasets if you agree with me.

Hi @odojoachim , Removed the 'help wanted' label, because it tells people from the open source community that we need help. I'll check the variables and see if we can use some, and remove the rest.
