Add extra logic for hashing (spike-in).

Hashing demux-step added to sci-rocket. Subsequent analysis is done in separate R package.

Replace sequencing-run specific hashing metrics with sample-specific hashing metrics.

Now reporting sample-specific hashing metrics instead of sequencing / experiment-based metrics in: {experiment_name}/hashing/{experiment_name}_hashing_metrics.tsv
