[UPD] prefix versions with 8.0 #78

same as https://github.com/OCA/l10n-brazil/commit/560c8d528a7779b40ac61bada73c375a5a3c1acf

the earlier we do ths normalization, the earlier we will have tools able to take advantage of it (auto-migrations etc...). So even if this repo s not OCA yet, I advise to do that.

well in fact it also now takes in consideration the right format as discussed here: https://github.com/OCA/l10n-brazil/issues/183 so should be good to merge but waiting for approval.
