[FW][ADD] odoo.sh: new role `tester`, `user` is renamed `developer` #11060

Before odoo.sh had two types of role, user and admin. A third role, tester, was added between the two, and the user role was renamed developer.

This PR targets saas-17.4 and is part of the forward-port chain. Further PRs will be created up to master.
