[doc] nested package function is not available anymore, need to correct the doc #4351

Impacted versions: 12, 13, 14 and later

Steps to reproduce: function description is not available anymore

Current behavior:

stock package

Products can be put in a package and a package can be put in another package. The same hierarchical system is used as is the case for the locations. When pack A is put in pack B, its full name becomes PACK B / PACK A.

Expected behavior:

delete the description of feature hierarchical system, or how to nest package in new version
