[FIX] account_bank_statement_import.py: csv error about fields keys

om_account_bank_statement_import/models/account_bank_statement_import.py (AccountBankStatementImport.import_file): The CSV importer fails with list index error because the keys list is malformed.

i instill latest code but when i import bank statement it display to me the attached file !! so i don't understand how its working ?
