[IMP] product_pricelist_import: Update/create "pricelist partnerinfo"… #1349

Modified module to create / modify "price list partner info", and search product by code, or name.

cierro PR, ya que se le va a poner otro nombre al módulo, y se va a subir a avanzosc/odoo-addons
