Currently we make no claims about compatibility going forward which isn't great if we want to change existing functionality (ref https://github.com/odow/SDDP.jl/issues/84).

However, this probably needs progress on #13 since the Julia convention is to not allow acronyms as names.

Closing since the new package manager handles un-registered packages much better
