Understanding Server configuration - lab broken

In the understanding server configuration lab the following issues were noted

• Unchanged, repositoryConfig is NULL in cell 8
• The text refers to retrieving info on cocoMDS1, but the code mostly refers to 'SimpleAPICatalog'
• The target platform is datalake in the text, but development in the code

The server changes were done in ad13e865 - but this commit included a lot of accidental changes, so the above change may have been in error.

Reverting the name change allows the notebook to work successfully, and since the scenario is general I will add this to a PR
