I added an xtdb option in the configuration notebook.
In automated curation I commented out the os.dir commands by default with some explanation about K8s
In improving-data-quality, there was a missing parameter (serviceRequestType) that I added - I think correctly

There are some additional issues I will document.

@planetf1 I cleared the outputs and uploaded the files again to my branch. Do they automatically show up here or do I need to close this pull request and start over?

The latest change has now fixed this - changes look good so will merge
