Consolidate/update current coco pharma employees

The fictional coco pharmaceuticals organization has a few new staff that need enrolling in LDAP

Current references to employees can be found in many places - for example Peter Profile appears at:

We should consider whether any of these can be consolidated, and/or need to be updated

Each of these are needed. However they do need to be consistent. I think the LDAP names are out of line with the samples - easy to pull that together.

I think beyond the userIds, the data is reasonably consistent

Given much of the content here is for ldap etc, and our sample data will ultimately be moving to the samples repo, it seems as if this issue belong there. We did do some recent cleanups in both UIs and presentation server

I noted when reviewing the code in the security connector, that the roles do not match the current groups we have defined in the LDAP ldif files. Leaving this open to consolidate, especially after some initial work on an ldap security connector is complete
