[Enhancement] Add RootCategory classification to CIM glossary #7745

Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria

This is an improvement to the CIM glossary to include the new RootCategory in the glossary content.

Also update the "Working with Standard Models" lab to use this new classification when loading glossaries.
