Do you have the original files? I found that it was at http://www.michaelmorrison.com/downloads/cbook_tygp24_code.zip but sadly "Wayback Machine has not archived that URL". Thanks

There is a small chance that I still have the CD, collecting dust in my parents attic. I can check in a few weeks
