The PRONI archive has changed #118

Mementos in PRONI were moved to Archive-it.

For example, the URI-M: http://webarchive.proni.gov.uk/20100218151844/http://www.berr.gov.uk/

is now available at:

http://wayback.archive-it.org/11112/20100218151844/http://www.berr.gov.uk/

Requests to TimeMaps/TimeGates result in "404 Not Found":
