Added GIF functionality #42

I added a GIF tab along with the timeline, image-slider, and image grid tabs. I am using the gifshot library to generate these GIFs. The GIF is generated with a default interval of 0.5sec but the user can edit the interval and update the GIF.

gif.js has a function that creates the gif with the default interval and it is followed by an event listener for the "Update GIF" button and when clicked, it deletes the current GIF and inserts a new GIF with the updated interval value.

Once you test it locally and feel confident about the functionality, let me know and I will merge it, which will deploy it on our production server.

@dhruv282 the service is now deployed on our production site, please test it there and ensure everything is working as expected.
