New utility abcinfo that would report useful information about an alembic file - fps, timing, aggregate num objects in file #212

Proposal for new command line tool AbcInfo. Would report handy info about a 
file - number of objects in the file, fps, num frames, useful things like that. 
 abcecho is way too raw and it doesn't actually report any timing information.

You could add a flag to AbcEcho to print out this additional info.
Why make a totally different tool for this?
