Include the feature of continuous scroll on continuous press of the hand at right bottom. It would be awesome if you do that.

A lot of android devices allow to connect mouse. some of the tablets have 
touchpads on hardware keyboards that works as mouse.

Anyways. It would benefit many. It would not affect any other
functionality. Moreover, no other readers have it. So, Why don't you give
it a try. Just see if it is nice enough. If so, add it to the official app.
