@guywire can you please verify that this is no longer an issue? It seems more related to balena and the device not getting the latest app from the cloud
I just tried creating 2 more devices, 1 as development and 1 as production. It still boots up into balena os factory builld. The logs just say supervisor starting and nothing happens. Does it take a long time to setup?
Incidentally I setup a starknet node manually and it seems to be working fine.
aha, have you verified that they are connected to the internet?
What you are seeing is that the device does not get an update from the cloud that there is a newer release
So I can see the device from balena cloud, restart it, etc. I can use the terminal from balena cloud and ping yahoo.com etc, so it's on the internet. It says the supervisor version is 12.11.38. I told it to update supervisor to latest version but that doesn't seem to do anything either. I'll let it sit for a bit and think about it.
I let it sit for 2 hours, rebooted a few times. Nothing changed or is working.
I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4 but it looks like it's not building the application. It's running and visibile in Balena, shows Raspberry Pi 4 (using 64bit OS), but it shows the release is Factory build and no services are shown to be running (except bash)
