Cannot GET / Error #20

I am working on the Front End production video and after completing all the steps I receive the "Cannot GET / " error after inspecting the element in the browser it says : GET http://localhost:8000/ 404 (Not Found) . I don't have anything else to go on. I have gone through the video 3 times I am not seeing what is causing the issues. THX

The issue was a permission lock on the public file, located in the server file.
