Sky Sports USA HD - Virgin Cable UK #101

Sky Sports USA HD channel 507 on virgin cable isn't being excluded. this is a temporary rename or Sky Sports Action HD.

i guess the exclusion are based on channel name, and as this is a new channel name it'll need to be added.
