Adding blacklist of porn and irrelevant software update channels.

Also moving NOS from "lcn" to "nolcn", as it has none, and adding custom LCN file for it.

I couldn't really figure out how to create a pull request for the new commit only, sorry.

Best not to make changes to the master/same branch you want to make changes to. Any changes should be in a separate branch. I have manually added the changes
