[sat_282_sky_uk.xml] BBC 1 and Channel 4 HD hack #76

Edit BBC1 HD and BBC 2 HD hack and add Channel 4 HD hack so 1 to 5 HD is on 801 to 805. Im not sure if the S4C hack needs amending. Also maybe ITV

STV HD is on 176 for Scotland so maybe another hack or swap for them to add to HD swap

All other regions seem fine it seems to work when using Scottish west. Ill close this pull request
