Replace rc.png with a new image scaled from one supplied by Abu.
This image should be clearer than the previous image.
In rcpositions.xml, add buttons EPG, FAV, SCREEN, BOUQUET+/-, MEDIA,
PLAYLIST, SCREEN, TIMER, OPT and HISTORY. Rename button FORWARD
to FASTFORWARD, PVR to VIDEO. Remove incorrect PLAY & PAUSE buttons.
Remove SHIFT button.
In remote.html, correct the size of the Timer rect entry. Remove
entries with duplicate keycodes. Ensure that keycodes in remote.html
match the keycodes in rcpositions.html.
Adjust button positions, and rescale them to match the new remote
image.
Convert rcpositions.xml to the new merged form and remap the OPT button
to HELP.
