[vix oscam] use hains repository and add streamrelay module #868

although vix have moved to 5.4 branch, others are still building form 5.3 branch. No matter which image you build, all the recipes are parsed. They currently fail because oscam has migrated to gitlab

Why are we not migrating to the official repo?

This pull request is on 5.3 branch to prevent the bitbake parsing failures for all images.

Why are we not migrating to the official repo?

By all means, please change the 5.4 branch to use gitlab
