Hi Willi,

I have merged the efforts of two chat server implementations:

Original m32-chat-server by https://github.com/sp9wpn/m32_chat_server by Wojtek, SP9WPN
ReImplementation https://github.com/tuxintrouble/sigbit by Sebastian Stetter, DJ5SE

and created a container for the server: https://github.com/Morse-Code-over-IP/chatserver-mopp-udp
