Publisher field in Toolkit Submission Form #33

The Toolkit Submission form contains a field for Publisher. This pulls from the list of existing publishers, which makes it impossible for new publishers to be added. We would like for form submitters to be able to add new options. This may mean a new open text field, which we then enter into the existing field when we review the entire submission.

Hello @innovativeangela, you can add new publishers on the fly clicking on the plus icon that appear on the right of the Publisher field. Can you confirm that it works as you expected?
