Each toolkit has authors or contributors, from one to dozens. These people should be visible on each toolkit detail page. Above the Reviews section, a Contributors section will appear if there are any contributors associated with the toolkit. If there are no contributors, a "I am a contributor to this toolkit" button will appear, which will prompt them to create a user account and request approval from administrators to add them as a contributor on the toolkit detail page. If approved, their name and avatar will appear in the Contributors section. The "I am a contributor to this toolkit" button will still appear below.
In addition, a Toolkit Contributors sub-page will be created that lists names, avatars, and associated toolkits (sorted alphabetically or by "top contributors" with the most associated toolkits). A contact me option will appear next to each contributor, which will prompt the user to write a private message to that user (after login).
