Urgent issue: File uploads not working #29

Hi @conlaccento -- I have an bug that need and urgent fix. Users are unable to upload files into the user groups. This problem also seems to occur when trying to upload files for other proceeses, such as uploading images and files for the case study submission form. Will add screenshots.

Is it possible to have this fixed today? We need the functionality for something we are doing tomorrow.
