Add new field -- Date Submitted #36

For case studies, the Date field reflects the Last Modified date (for Pending) or the published date (for Published cases). For other purposes, it is always helpful to have the data that the case study was submitted. Could you please add this somehow, in a way that allows us to see and sort by it in the Dashboard?
