moving team to another club does not update roster permissions

Describe the bug when moving a team to another club. the roster permissions do not get updated (since the roster does not change)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to teams
2. select another club as parent
3. login as that club admin
4. go to rosters
5. see error that rosters of the team are missing.

Expected behavior rosters of the team are listed as well.
